All equipment offered is subject to availability or prior sale. Equipment will be quoted based upon the specific configuration, terms and conditions required.

EQUIPMENT, PARTS, REPAIRS AND SERVICE ORDERS

PLACING THE ORDER
Call, fax, mail or e-mail your order including part numbers, descriptions and quantities. Please include your name, company name, shipping address, purchase order number, preferred method of shipment and insurance.

MINIMUM ORDERS
There is a $50.00 minimum on all orders.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Upon receipt of appropriate banking information, a NET30 account can be setup. We accept payment in US Dollar by company check, cashier's check, money order or wire transfer.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping and handling costs are calculated at a $15.00 minimum and rounded up to the nearest $5.00 increment from the actual shipping cost. Prices are F.O.B. Milpitas, CA. There is no handling charge for will-call orders.

SHIPPING
We can ship orders by your preferred shipping company: FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Postal Service as well as many others. Service Consortium, Inc. neither recommends nor endorses any shipping company. We strongly recommend that you maintain insurance for shipped items as Service Consortium, Inc. cannot be held liable for damage during shipping.

RETURNED ITEMS
To return items to us for repair, exchange or credit, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Ship to:

EXCHANGE ITEMS
On some items we require an exchange of a serviceable part in order to offer the lowest price possible. Absent an exchange, the price may be higher. Ask for details. A Return Merchandise Authorization number will be assigned for each order requiring an exchange.

WARRANTY
If a product proves to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced immediately. Unless otherwise specified, we must be notified of any product defect within 90 days following the ship date.

LIABILITY
There are no expressed or implied warranties. Since seller cannot control the manner or use of its products after the sale, the seller will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages.
